Hey guys! I'm starting this site as an informational place for people to properly sell or get rid of their unwanted items. As they say, one man's garbage is another man's treasure. For all those items that you think is junk or worthless, someone else out there is in want of it.
Some Key Things to Keep in Mind as a Seller:
*Be flexible and negotiable. Allow the buyer to bargain a few bucks off or offer a free item.
*But be firm at the same time! Don't let them take advantage of you.
*If someone keeps trying to haggle down the price, tell them "take it or leave it," you've got other customers.
*Always do the research.
*Interact with interested buyers in an amiable, formal way. They will see that you are serious.
*Take the effort into repairing a broken seam or polishing an old china set before selling. It will look more appealing.
*Always be prepared for the downs of selling.
*Try to have fun no matter how you are being the seller. You are running a small business so enjoy it.
So have a browse and please let me know what you think or if you have any advice, questions, suggestions! To Email Me at sepulchra21@aol.com
